    Can I get a custom garment?

    The correct size is exceptionally important, so please refer to our Sizing Guide to determine yours.
    If you are still unsure, please contact our team at info@danellys-shop.com

    What size should I choose?

    If you are looking to order a garment that is a size different than the available ones (e.g. 4XL+) you need to request a custom order. Please do so by selecting the “Custom size” option and input your specific measurements in the “Additional details” box.

    What if my size is not available?

    Yes, of course! We are very flexible and will try to satisfy all your desires! For additional colors please contact our team at info@danellys-shop.com.

    Can I get a different color than the available ones?

  • We accept cancellations : please contact us within 24 hours after submitting your order.

    What is the status of my order?

    Order processing times will vary by item type and season but generally are delivered within 5-12 days unless you have requested a rush order. The estimated processing and delivery dates are specified for each garment in the “Estimated Arrival” box.

    What is the processing time of my order?

    We are currently providing you with the option to speed up your order by prioritizing it on our production line. If you in a hurry receiving your order you can mark it as “Rush order” and we will do our best to push the delivery date by a couple of days!

    Can I push forward my order if I want it delivered faster?

    We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Cartes Bancaires,Eftpos via Stripe Payments.

     

    Additionally, we accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

     

    We are unable to accept more than one payment method in our checkout process at this time. Once your order has been placed, we cannot assist in updating your payment information or reprocessing payment.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    Prices are shown in USD by default, but you can choose the currency you want to be shown anytime by selecting the preferred one from the drop-down menu with all currencies. 

    What is the currency of the products?

    Yes, sure! We usually try to wrap up all orders nicely, but if you would like anything extra included, please do specify it in the “Additional details” box.

    Can I request an order for a gift?

  • We really value your and ours comfort, so we have chosen to deliver all orders via DHL for maximum security, fastest delivery and the special treatment towards you as a client.

    All orders are being shipped with express shipping via DHL and this is the fastest and most optimized shipping method. However, we are currently providing you with the option to speed up your order furthermore by prioritizing it on our production line. If you are in a hurry receiving your order you can mark it as “Rush order” and we will do our best to push the delivery date by a couple of days.

    Can I get priority processing for my order?

    Shipping costs are entirely dependable on the type of garment/s, quantity and your preferred delivery location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy (hyperlink) for further information.

    We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above $350.

    How much does shipping cost?

    Some countries charge additional customs and duties, and customers are responsible for any such charges. We cannot send packages as gifts to avoid customs and duties charges. Thanks for your understanding.

    Will I have to pay customs taxes and duties?

    We will send you your package's tracking number in a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

    Where can I find my tracking number?

    Our company, staff and production are based in Bulgaria which is the country we ship from.

    Where do you ship from?

    Do you ship internationally?

  • If by any chance you are not happy with your purchase and an item does not meet your expectations we would gladly accept a Returns & Exchanges, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving. Please, note that the Acceptable Return Period is 15 calendar days from the delivery date.

    Can I return my order?

    Returns are processed immediately after they are received back and inspected by us. Refunds are visible in the initial payment account within 5 to 15 business days after the payment is issued back, depending on your payment method. All concerns regarding returns should be addressed to info@danellys-shop.com

    When can I expect my refund?

    Danellys is not responsible for held, lost or damaged parcels which are subject to third-party services. However, we are always here for you and will do our best to assist further and resolve the issue in the best possible way for you!

    What if my items are damaged, defective, lost or stolen?
