Yes, of course! We can try and offer anything as per your request, e.g. longer/shorter sleeves, remove a detail from a garment, custom measurements, etc. In order to do so please contact our team at info@danellys-shop.com

If you are looking to order a garment that is a size different than the available ones (e.g. 4XL+) you need to request a custom order. Please do so by selecting the “Custom size” option and input your specific measurements in the “Additional details” box.

We are currently providing you with the option to speed up your order by prioritizing it on our production line. If you in a hurry receiving your order you can mark it as “Rush order” and we will do our best to push the delivery date by a couple of days!

We are unable to accept more than one payment method in our checkout process at this time. Once your order has been placed, we cannot assist in updating your payment information or reprocessing payment.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above $200.

Some countries charge additional customs and duties, and customers are responsible for any such charges. We cannot send packages as gifts to avoid customs and duties charges. Thanks for your understanding!

We will send you your package’s tracking number in a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Returns, refunds & issues

If by any chance you are not happy with your purchase and an item does not meet your expectations we would gladly accept a Returns & Exchanges, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving. Please, note that the Acceptable Return Period is 15 calendar days from the delivery date.

Returns are processed immediately after they are received back and inspected by us. Refunds are visible in the initial payment account within 5 to 15 business days after the payment is issued back, depending on your payment method. Danellys is not responsible for held, lost or damaged parcels which are subject to third-party services. However, we are always here for you and will do our best to assist further and resolve the issue in the best possible way for you!

Yes, of course! We have a built-in function to save your preferred billing and shipping address. You can edit or update your preferences in the account area under the Addresses section after you log in with your credentials.

We really value your trust in us and this is why we are giving back value to you! For each order we are returning back a percentage of the amount transferred by you in the form of cashback. The cashback is being stored and accrued in your account and can be used anytime to reduce the amount of your next order by a value equal to up to 100% of the order!

You can view the accrued amount of cashback under the My Wallet section in the account area after you log in with your credentials.

Yes, you can transfer any amount from your account to any other account within our website.

Upon placing your order you can choose the option to your accrued cashback from your wallet as a form of payment. At the last step of placing your order (Order & Payment) you will have the opportunity to tick the “Pay by Wallet” option which will automatically reduce the amount due by the accrued amount in your wallet.
