If by any chance you are not happy with your purchase and an item does not meet your expectations we would gladly accept a Returns & Exchanges, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving. Please, note that the Acceptable Return Period is 15 calendar days from the delivery date.

Years of observation led us to believe that the most common reason for returning your garments is choosing the wrong size, this is why we have created detailed instructions in the form of Sizing Guidance (Hyperlink) to make your choice easier. Returns/ Exchanges are not accepted in the following conditions:

All of Danellys items that are unworn, unwashed and with the original tags still attached are acceptable for an exchange or return within 15 Days of the Delivery Date. 

Customized orders/items are considered all orders with provided additional notes or measurements from customer, or any change of product details (length, material, etc.), which modifies the final product. Please not that sizes 4XL and above are considered custom made and are not subject to return/exchange.

We accept cancellations : please contact us within 24 hours after submitting your order.

Danellys is not responsible for held, lost or damaged parcels which are subject to third-party services. Danellys is not responsible for any additional duty fees and custom charges.

We would like to ask you to contact us before preparing to return an order since we cannot refund you or exchange your garment if the package is lost or sent to a wrong address.


Returns are processed immediately after they are received and inspected. Refunds are visible in the initial payment account within 5 to 15 business days after the payment is issued back, depending on your payment method. All concerns regarding returns should be addressed to info@danellys-shop.com

We will make sure to notify you once your returned item is with us and once your payment has been issued. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail regarding your enquiry within 48 hours, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
